I am passionate about sales & client management. I have been fortunate in my career to touch virtually every aspect of the sales & client experience from the days of cold calling to the current advent of modern selling. In my times as a rep, national/corporate/global account manager, sales manager, sales performance consultant, sales trainer and coach, and head of sales, my philosophy is always simple - know your customer, relationships matter and do what you say you will.

Starting as an analyst at a bulge bracket firm, a significant portion of my career has been spent in and working with financial services firms. Covering the industry at DHL and then again as a consultant, establishing sales training functions for JPMorgan custody, liquidity and institutional asset management, and managing large FI relationships for First Data have given me broad exposure to the industry across its many and diverse sectors.

Therefore, I was thrilled in July 2021 to launch LinkedIn Sales Solutions' first verticalized client management organization, the Financial and Professional Services team. It is fair to say that when I joined LinkedIn four years ago these spaces were more challenging for us. Slower rates of adoption and digital transformation coupled with compliance roadblocks resulted in clients in these industries well behind the market. But shortly after I joined, we started seeing real momentum as some of the marquee names in the industry realized that economic, demographic and generational changes were creating opportunities to connect with new prospects and delight existing clients in different ways. The pandemic has only accelerated this trend and I am excited that my team has the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best names in these industries as we progress their transformations and drive more digital engagement to grow revenues.
