Paola Origel has worked for a number of companies since 2001. Paola began their career at CEMEX as a Profesionistas en Desarrollo in 2001. In 2006, they moved to The Confidas Group (Family Office Hedge Funds) as a Client Services. In 2008, they joined HSBC Private Bank as a Client Service Officer/ Southern Cone, International Private Banking, Latin America, where they managed accounts with total AUM of $500MM, developed and maintained strong client relationships, identified new business opportunities and prospected target clients in order to increase AUM. In 2010, they moved to The Confidas Group USA, Inc. as a Director of Client Relations. In 2014, they joined East Rock Capital, LLC as East Rock Capital. In 2018, they co-founded and became Managing Partner of ChainLink Capital Management. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Business Development at Shakti Software.

Paola Origel began their educational journey in 1993 when they attended Inhumyc for their high school studies. Paola then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 1996 to 2001. In 2001, they attended Harvard Extension School for the Harvard Institute for English Language Programs in IEL Communications in Business. From 2003 to 2005, they studied Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School.
